So this is the plan - We encourage as many people as possible to be kinder to their health, kinder to the planet and kinder to animals by eating a cholesterol free healthy , antioxidant, vitamin, mineral and fibre rich plant based diet on Halloween Meat Free Monday 31st October .


On World Vegan Day 1st November 1:11:11 we celebrate all those Meat Free Meals with a Global World Vegan Day Party with our favourite plant based foods, dairy free ice cream, egg free chocolate birthday cake and a bounty of delicious fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds.Everyone should post their favourite party foods online to prove how varied and exciting plant based food is
